Greg Hall and his PRMI Renovation team were there with me every step of the way from loan application through closing. I have been doing mortgage lending for over 18 years and had never originated a renovation loan in 18 years of mortgage lending and at first was very hesitant to get into this lending space. Greg was 100% correct and was there when we needed him and he seems to be available at all hours of the day, including weekends. I cannot say enough good things about Greg & his TEAM!

My renovation team is Great. Greg Hall is the absolute best. He overcommunicates! Haven't Greg as your renovation point person helps you have the latest info to communicate to all parties. This helps to put your mind at ease.
